The membership will include the opportunity to select a home with a "premium view" of the lake, a $1000 moving assistance or furniture package and other special gifts valued at over $7000!
- A one-time fee of $3,000 is required to secure your reservation to select the home of your choice. This deposit is refundable until you move into Raider Ranch. The fee is applied towards the ongoing maintenance of Raider Ranch.
